On-Site Consultation

After an initial phone consultation to assess your design needs, an on-site consultation is the next step in the design process. On-site consultations take place at your home or project site where Brittany can get to know you and your space. Your design dilemmas and problem areas will be discussed with Brittany as she offers you on the spot suggestions and solutions. You will be left with a written list of suggestions and resources specific to your project needs. For more involved projects this consultation is used as an intake meeting to provide us with all of the necessary information to kick off your project. If time permits, Brittany will also take photos and measurements of your space to be used throughout the design process.

DIY Kickstart Consult

Our DIY Kitckstart Consult is perfect for anyone trying to tackle their design and decorating project on their own but need a little help getting started. It can also be a great way to finish off your DIY decorating project if you’re nearing the end but are stuck on how to pull it all together. Kickstart constults are booked in 1 hour increments and can cover furniture placement, shopping lists, paint colors, budget, art placement, accessories, style suggestions and more. You will be left with a step by step to do list at the end of your consult.

Full Room E-Design

Full Room E-Design is similar to other e-design programs out there only better! Our e-designs stand out from the crowd because they come with an in-home consultation where we meet you and your space in person and take all measurements for you. This allows us to really tailor our design to your personal style and functional needs - much more so than basing our design off of a simple phone consult or questionnaire. After the in-home consultation we take 2 - 3 weeks to put together a comprehensive design plan complete with space plan, action items for you to complete the design, and shopping list where each item is clearly identified and includes internet links to purchase when possible. Your design plan will be neatly delivered via email 2 - 3 weeks after our in-home consultation.

Full Room Design

Our full room design plans are for clients designing one room or an entire house. Our design process is laid out per room with scheduled meetings and material and furniture specification due dates. Full Room Design Plans address furniture space plans, furniture specification, paint and wall treatment specification, flooring, window treatments, and more. Unlike E-Design, our full room design plans include correspondence, meetings, and shopping trips with the client throughout the process. Pricing is based on the size of the room and number of specification options requested by the client.

E-Design for kitchen and bath starts with an on-site consultation to determine needs and style direction. A complete design plan will be delivered with physical samples of counter tops, flooring, tile, paint and cabinet color. You will also receive a floor plan layout along with specifications for lighting, hardware and cabinet door style.

Kitchen & Bath E-Design

Kitchen & Bath Design

Kitchen & bath design plans include correspondence, meetings, and shopping trips with the client throughout the process. We will explore multiple options for countertop, stone & tile, cabinetry door and style, hardware, lighting and shelving. We will also develop multiple kitchen/bath layout options to find the one that best suits your needs. Price depends upon size and number of specification options requested by the client.

Our design concierge service was created specifically with the DIY client in mind and is a great compliment to the DIY Kitckstart Consult, but can be used by anyone! It is a monthly service that allows you to get assistance and feedback regarding your design decisions as questions and problems arise. Get our professional opinion and advice right at your finger tips. All correspondence is done via email.

Design Concierge

Purchasing, Procurement & Installation

After we specify furnishings and materials you have the option to sign on for a truly full service interior design experience through our purchasing a procurement service. We handle all of the purchasing and follow up and scheduling of delivery. Once everything for your room has arrived at our warehouse we install it for you and get the room ready for the big reveal complete with accessories and fresh flowers! The best part is that since we purchase the majority of our furnishings at an interior designer’s trade discount, the cost of this service typically covers itself.

$750 + 35% COMMISSION

Project management covers any correspondence with contractors and tradespeople necessary to execute on our designs. Project Management can be carried out by the client, but you also have the option of giving us the reigns and we will oversee the execution of our designs and see that it is done with exactness. This includes job site visits and any other correspondence with contractors and other trades.
